In Escape from Alcatraz, participants placed in a volatile environment and have to plan their escape from a maximum security penitentiary. Teams are identified by their masks, wigs etc. and have to form gangs. The gangs have 3 rounds to build their escape vehicles based on the limited resources that they can bater from within the prison. However, with every round comes changes & chaos, would the team survive these changes? Would the communication break down?

Escape from Alcatraz™ clearly demonstrates the need for Ambidextrous leadership, teamwork, effective communication, decision-making, strategic planning and leadership. Participants see the potential cost of their reactions to similar pressures on the job. They discover the opportunity for personal change, and are highly motivated to implement those changes
