Business Need:
Often organisations and leaders are constantly under pressure to deliver projects within budgets and effort. They experience a pressing need to optimise available human capital and other resources to avoid missed opportunities, untapped potential and a demoralised team.
Effective leaders need to foster a culture of trust, explore cooperative approaches for resource sharing with the intention to maximise growth.
The Experience:
In the Silk Route Merchants, teams take on the role of traders from diverse regions along the silk route, each with unique wares. They are brought together in a new era of unified currency, “Solariums”, a marked change from the traditional barter system. Faced with the challenges of this transition, the merchants must leverage their resources, negotiate with integrity, and build trust, to emerge victorious in this competitive marketplace.
